Metro Prima, Kepong

Metro Prima is a leasehold town that is located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. It is a densely populated and mixed-use area mainly made up of high rises. Despite the availability of commercial amenities in the area, one of the major issues that residents have to contend with is the scarcity of parking lots. The lack of parking space is so bad that it often forces residents to park their cars on the road, leading to congestion and traffic snarls. This situation has been a challenge for both residents and commercial operations in the area. However, the recently completed MRT Metro Prima station has come as a relief for residents, providing them with a stress-free and convenient means of transportation. Its operation since 2022 has been a game-changer, enhancing the area's connectivity and potentially stimulating its growth and development.

The built-up available in this town is 1,540 sf to 3,500 sf for houses. It was developed by Magna Prima Bhd.

I don't know who and how the market price is set but it's simply ridiculous to set anything more than rm140k. We need to evaluate the area and it's surroundings too. The place is infested with gangsters and drug peddlers. It is not a good area to bring up children. A lot of social illness. To me the place is not worth more than 100k. Claiming necessities nearby does not supercede the criminal activities there. House break in n cars damaged etc.
