Kajang Perdana (also known as Taman Kajang Perdana) is a leasehold town that is located in Kajang, Selangor. It is an area that has witnessed significant development in the recent decades. The area consists of multiple residential neighbourhoods, varying in style and size to cater for a diverse range of homeowners. Additionally, there are several shoplots within the vicinity that provide amenities to the residents of Kajang Perdana. However, despite the growth and development of the area, in my opinion, it still lacks a cohesive identity and does not offer a unique selling point for potential investors and homeowners. But, what gives the area an advantage is its strategic location near the Kajang-Semenyih Bypass, which makes it conveniently accessible and well-connected. Further, it is interesting to note that the area's history is rooted in a rubber plantation, which is a valuable piece of local heritage that the community can draw from.
