JB City Centre (also known as Pusat Bandaraya Johor Bahru) is a city that is located in Johor Bahru, Johor. It is a luxurious apartment with tight security level and located near Johor Bahru city centre.

It is an old apartment with the building is well-maintained and located in the middle of Johor Bahru city. This apartment has good security and management.

This apartment has good facilities and is well-maintained. There is a hospital named Hospital Sultanah Aminah located within a few minutes of driving distance. It is situated near the main causeway to Singapore.

This apartment is located near Johor Bahru Checkpoint and JB Sentral. It has poor building maintenance with frequent lift breakdowns.

It is located near Johor Bahru City Centre and there are shop lots that provide amenities such as banks, eateries, convenience stores, and supermarkets.

It is located strategically in the Johor Bahru City Centre and near CIQ Johor Bahru. The building is not well-maintained as it was built many years ago and quite old.

This apartment is located next to CIQ Johor Bahru and in the middle of Johor Bahru City Centre. It is near Johor Causeway that head towards Woodlands Checkpoint, Singapore.

There is not new condo can compare with this unique aged condo with center location and spacious living and bedrooms. Windy and no block. Good condo to recommend.

Both the D'esplanade Condominiums (freehold) and the KSL City Mall, adjacent to each other, were developed by Khoo Soon Lee (KSL). The convenient accessibility to the Mall by D'esplanade residents is made possible by a link-way within the Mall and D'esplanade, without having to step out of the building. It reminds me of the popular One World Hotel and One Utama Shopping Mall in Petaling Jaya which I often stay in whenever I travel to Kuala Lumpur. Living, shopping and having fun activities with family, friends or alone, are all under one roof every day without the hassles to go out after a day of hard work. It is a condominium which is worthwhile to buy and keep for retirement. Seeing so many elderly who lost their mobility, going out to the hair salons, restaurants, nail & toe manicure, cinemas, etc is a challenge. So don't you think it is a good place for your family with children and elderly too? A place is not to be judged by the price of it but rather the convenience it can offer the living. I strongly believe that KSL's D'esplanade is a place with many intangible benefits and the price should be way up above the current market price. What the condos need is a good and classier interior designing with more greens.

Do NOT let the Real Property Negotiators or Agents, AirBnB or tenants to determine the price of your place. Your D'esplanade condo deserves a much better value than you are seeing now.

This property is an excellent value. Nearly half price of newly marketed units in the area.
