Botanic Gardens, Georgetown

Botanic Gardens (also known as Waterfall Gardens) is a town that is located in Georgetown, Penang Island. The area commands a significant section of the region and also serves as a home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. As a result, the space for residential living is smaller in comparison. While there are some residential communities nestled near the entrance of the gardens, most of the region has been preserved for nature conservation. This means that luxury housing developments are rather limited, and the residential area is somewhat divided between two sections - the upscale residences closer to the gardens and the affordable housing communities to the east. Nevertheless, regardless of which area one chooses to reside in, it's an undeniable and unique experience to live in such a lush, green neighborhood surrounded by the splendor of nature.
