Solaris Dutamas (also known as Solaris @ Dutamas) is a freehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur. It consists of Boulevard Tower, Menara 1 Dutamas, Park Tower, Publika and Urbane Tower. There are 800 condominium units available at this project with built-up from 672 sf to 1,238 sf for condominium units and 1,248 sf to 1,270 sf for retail units, 500 sf to 1,695 sf for offices, 500 sf to 1,695 sf for offices and 1,248 sf to 1,270 sf for retail units. It was developed by UEM Sunrise Bhd (fka Sunrise) with a launch price of around RM400 psf for condominium units, and was completed about 2010.
UEM Sunrise Bhd (fka Sunrise) is a very large-sized real estate company listed on KLSE, and it has undertaken around 70 real estate projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Almas, Arcoris, Menara Solaris, Serene Heights, Summer Suites, Symphony Hills, Taman Nusa Idaman, Teega, Teega Suites and Verdi.
This integrated office, residential & retail hub is not very ideal for own stay or investment, because it has no amenities nearby.
