Centrus (also known as CBD Perdana 3) is a freehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Cyberjaya, Selangor. It comprises Centrus Boulevard, Centrus Mall and Centrus SOHO. New area. Quite nice. Parking inside as resident will be headache. Wasting time turning up and down for so many floors.
The facility like swimming pool, outdoor bbq, playground and tennis attracted me, gym is average due to ventilation control (heaty and need the guard to open the switch), unsure long term whether it will be sustainable.
Room SOHO size is ok. Just that the unit nearby the lift area is very disturbing especially when residents open and close it.
Still practically empty except some shops in front...i wonder when it will be occupied though since the architecture of the place is really beautiful
Very nice place to stay. Got huge pool with gym and jacuzzi and its very near to Dpulze, MMU and Limkok Wing University
