Taman Maluri, Cheras
Taman Maluri is a leasehold town located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. It is one of the earliest housing estates in the area which consists of both landed and high-rise residential developments as well as commercial developments. It is primed as a new residential and lifestyle hub with the developments of Sunway Velocity, MyTOWN, and the second IKEA in the country. It is easily accessible as it is served by the LRT/MRT Maluri and MRT Cochrane.
