Taman Maluri is a leasehold town located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. It is one of the earliest housing estates in the area which consists of both landed and high-rise residential developments as well as commercial developments. It is primed as a new residential and lifestyle hub with the developments of Sunway Velocity, MyTOWN, and the second IKEA in the country. One of the rare condos in KL and in this side of town having so much open space for walking/jogging/cycling and playing for children. The in-house market and food is good. They deliver to your unit oso.
It is little older so not have modern amenities inside apartment and also no gym.
Security is good but not excellent. However they have cameras in important places.
