Sanctuary Ridge, Bukit Gasing
Sanctuary Ridge is a freehold landed housing estate (with some bungalow land plots) that is located in Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya. There are 69 land plots available at this property. It was developed by Sanctuary Gasing Group with a launch price of around RM300 psf for land plots, and was completed around 2017. Sanctuary Gasing Group is a small-sized real estate group, and it has undertaken only this project in Malaysia.
