There are 368 units available at this project with built-up from 1,722 sf to 2,012 sf. It was developed by LBS Bina Group Bhd with a launch price of about RM250 psf, and was completed around 2015.
LBS Bina Group Bhd is a very big-scale property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia, and it has developed about 50 property projects in Malaysia.
