Terletak di wilayah utara semenanjung Malaysia, Perak ialah sebuah negeri penting yang menghubungkan wilayah utara dan selatan negara ini. Dasar ini timbul daripada keputusan kerajaan negeri untuk mengelak daripada mengenakan sebarang sekatan atau cukai tambahan melebihi yang telah dikuatkuasakan oleh kerajaan Persekutuan. Titik panas pelaburan hartanah di Perak agak sedikit, iaitu Ipoh, Marina Island, dan Tambun, manakala seluruh negeri kebanyakannya terdiri daripada kampung (kampung) Melayu.

Menyokong rancangan Proton untuk menubuhkan Tanjung Malim sebagai hab automotif serantau, kerajaan negeri Perak menjangkakan Hab Automotif Proton City merangsang penciptaan pekerjaan dan memberi impak kepada komuniti tempatan dan pasaran hartanah secara positif. Dalam perkembangan ini, kerajaan negeri juga telah mendapat kelulusan daripada kerajaan persekutuan untuk menubuhkan sebuah daerah baharu, Daerah Muallim, yang akan merangkumi Proton City, Slim River, dan Tanjung Malim.

Sehubungan dengan itu, Malaysia tidak lama lagi akan mengalu-alukan projek pembangunan perbandaran bersepadu moden bertema sukan permotoran pertamanya, dinamakan T-City. Terletak di kawasan seluas 172.5 hektar di daerah Kinta dan Kampar, T-City akan menampilkan Litar Formula 2, kedai kilang automotif, pusat beli-belah jalanan dan hotel. Perkembangan ini menandakan lembaran baharu yang menarik dalam perjalanan Perak ke arah peningkatan perindustrian dan perbandaran.

It is a guarded and gated residential area with well-maintained facilities. This area is located near Seri Manjung town and there are many amenities provided in this area such as banks, eateries, hospital, petrol stations, as well as shopping malls.

It is a landed residential area and there are several units served as homestay as it is located near a tourist destination named Lost World of Tambun. There is an industrial area named Tambun Mara Industrial Area next to this residential area.

It is located in the centre of Ipoh town and it has good building management with good security. The management did not allow homestay in this apartment.

This apartment is strategically located in the centre of Ipoh town. It has a poor building management and the facilities are not well-maintained with several cleanliness issues.

The environment in this apartment is quite noisy as it is located next to PLUS Highway and the dust from smoke of the vehicles always accumulates if the windows are open.

It is a private apartment with well-maintained facilities and located strategically in the Ipoh town. There is no parking for visitors provided in this apartment.
