Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia
Terletak di kawasan tengah semenanjung Malaysia, Negeri Sembilan, sering dirujuk sebagai NS, adalah sebuah negeri yang bersebelahan dengan Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor. Dengan populasi kira-kira 1.1 juta orang, ia boleh dilihat sebagai pinggir bandar kawasan metropolitan Greater Kuala Lumpur. Ulang-alik harian untuk bekerja dan belajar ke Greater KL adalah amalan biasa di kalangan penduduk NS, yang memudahkan Lebuhraya KL-Seremban dan tren KTM Komuter.
Pada abad ke-15, NS menjadi penempatan bagi orang Minangkabau yang berhijrah dari Sumatera. Komuniti ini membawa bersama mereka gaya seni bina yang tersendiri, dicirikan oleh rumah besar yang dipanggil "rumah gadang" dengan bumbung berbentuk tanduk kerbau. Pengaruh Minangkabau meluas kepada tarian dan hidangan kulinari, dengan hidangan Rendang yang sangat digemari menjejaki asal-usulnya kembali ke kumpulan ini. NS juga mempunyai pusat peranginan pantai yang terkenal dalam Port Dickson, menyumbang kepada daya tarikannya.
Pasaran hartanah di NS menawarkan lebih banyak hartanah mampu milik berbanding kawasan bandar berdekatan Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor. Akibatnya, ramai individu memilih untuk tinggal di Seremban, ibu kota NS dan berulang-alik setiap hari untuk bekerja atau belajar di bandar sekitar. Wilayah tengah NS juga berfungsi sebagai lokasi popular untuk pangsapuri percutian dan banglo di kalangan penduduk bandar Greater KL, terutamanya di bandar peranginan Port Dickson.

Sama seperti Kuala Lumpur, negeri ini mengenakan harga pembelian minimum RM1 juta untuk pemerolehan hartanah oleh warga asing. Tiada sekatan atau cukai tambahan telah dilaksanakan di peringkat negeri melebihi yang ditetapkan oleh kerajaan Persekutuan. Tempat tumpuan pelaburan hartanah utama dalam NS ialah Bandar Sri Sendayan, Port Dickson, Putra Nilai, dan Seremban 2.
Disember 2018 menandakan detik penting bagi NS dengan pelancaran rasmi Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0). Pelan pembangunan yang luas ini, meliputi 379,087 ekar (153,411 hektar) merentasi daerah Port Dickson dan Seremban, bertujuan untuk memperluaskan skop Greater Kuala Lumpur. MVV 2.0, sebagai sebahagian daripada Rancangan Fizikal Negara (RFN), telah ditetapkan sebagai salah satu daripada 17 Zon Pembangunan Digalakkan untuk menerima keutamaan peringkat kebangsaan, seperti yang didedahkan dalam kenyataan akhbar daripada Sime Darby Property Berhad, pemaju induk projek itu. MVV 2.0 bersedia untuk bertindak sebagai pemangkin ekonomi bagi Rancangan Malaysia Ke-11 (RMK-11).

Quite old building thus old facilities. Security is good. Lift keeps break down and management take time to repair.
The area needs a little more upkeeping and proper road/street signs. The entrance is near the corner so have to be careful during turn. All in all, love the ambience, the neighbourhood is shrouded with hills and greeneries.
The area is low density with only 5 houses built in each acre. Giving residents a private feeling with an amazing view. Good security, good management.
Good place for families. Got shops and dobi within walking distance. Good community but area around the shop lots can be quite congested during weekends if got event at nearby hall.
The location is amazing, love the scenery. Well designed structure and design. Quick, near to Seremban town and close to highways.

Quite convenient place to stay. A service apartment with guard. Lots of attraction nearby and everything can be found within short drive.
Even though the area can be crowded, there are enough parking bays. Maintenance work, especially lifts, should really be carried out more often.

Previously used to be a resort, now apartment. usually looks abandoned during weekdays but crowded during weekends. Very homey and peaceful in my opinion.
The backgate of this unit leads to the beach. Very quiet place and quite eerie. There's barely anybody and it looks very rundown. U can count how many cars each block has.
It is a low-occupancy building, but it has tight security and a clean pool. Good place to relax.
It is very near to Politeknik PD. Mostly tenanted by students of Poli PD and families which some of them are the staff in the university. Good neighbourhood with easy access to the beach and other amenities.
Price abit on the high side. Not much maintenance done to upkeep the place and cleanliness can be improved. The place is pretty spacious with amazing sea view.
Despite the eerie exterior, the interior is clean. The area is quiet, but looks abandoned and isolated. I don't recommend for solo traveller.
Very rundown place. Cant access to the beach from here. Have to drive to the beach, amenities and foods. Very spooky at night too.

Personally, very overrated. Not much attraction from here and the food available here is average but expensive. Room facilities very outdated and cleanliness needs to be improved.
Dirty and need serious upkeeping..but the pool is great and the view is amazing.

Internet connection here is bad eventhough wifi is available. The pool is quite deep for kids (1.2m) need adult supervision. Easily accessible to grocery store like tesco and main attractions nearby.
Sound proof wasn't good. Awakened by kids playing outside early morning. But palm mall is walking distance from here.
Many attractions here, theres also foodtruck and carboot sale here on weekend nights. Very lively at night.
Very crowded here because there's many shops surrounding Giant. Opposite from here got Tesco. There's also ample parking spaces.
The location is near to Mydin. So easy to find food there. Also the location is good cuz very quiet.

There are many food stalls along the roadside that causes traffic sometimes. Other than that, choices of food in the area is the best. Friendly neighbourhood, everybody seems to know each other.
Cosy gated apartment on hilltop of Seremban Town. Ample parking space and amenities such as banks, gas station, hospital and KTM can be found in short drive.
The flat looks old cuz the exterior looks unkept. Rubbish is not collected but the overall neighbourhood is okay. Strategically located with so many access.
Hard to find a carpark here, people usually double park and its hard to get out in the morning.

No rubbish collection around the area here. Residents are throwing garbage along the side of the road, causing bad smell and increasing numbers of stray dogs in the neighbourhood. The allocated rubbish disposal area is located too far from here.

Very nice housing area, the house is well built and the surrounding area is nice. They got the best community park everyone should go visit.

Good place to own a house. A lovely and nice environment. Easy to access to LEKAS and PLUS highway from here. Plus, good security as well.
Not a gated and guarded neighbourhood. Nice and calm place to live. If you want to run away from congested and hectic area, this will suit you. Good housing area with all the facilities, 5 star for development!
I'm a frequent here It has a very nice swimming pool. Lot of parking place. This place is once run down because of the financial crisis but now it looks better. Certainly an improvement. Looking at the price of rental this place is definetly good for investor to buy cheap unit and rent it out but need to prepair money to repair as many unit looks abandon.
