It reminds me of the popular One World Hotel and One Utama Shopping Mall in Petaling Jaya which I often stay in whenever I travel to Kuala Lumpur. Living, shopping and having fun activities with family, friends or alone, are all under one roof every day without the hassles to go out after a day of hard work. It is a condominium which is worthwhile to buy and keep for retirement. Seeing so many elderly who lost their mobility, going out to the hair salons, restaurants, nail & toe manicure, cinemas, etc is a challenge. So don't you think it is a good place for your family with children and elderly too? A place is not to be judged by the price of it but rather the convenience it can offer the living. I strongly believe that KSL's D'esplanade is a place with many intangible benefits and the price should be way up above the current market price. What the condos need is a good and classier interior designing with more greens.
Do NOT let the Real Property Negotiators or Agents, AirBnB or tenants to determine the price of your place. Your D'esplanade condo deserves a much better value than you are seeing now.

MANAGEMENT BAD!
Unless you are rich and own a couple of unit the management would treats you good. If u are not rich the management will not treats you like a good customer service especially the Chinese lady whom i call today. so rude and not giving any solution for my problem! to the rude lady please leave your job and giving to someone else who are good with the job. you are rude and better be coffee lady than handling tenant. You are ARROGANT and dont deserve rerspect
