KL Gateway, Bangsar South
KL Gateway is a leasehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Bangsar South, Pantai. It consists of KL Gateway Mall, KL Gateway Premium Residences, KL Gateway Residences, Menara SuezCap and Residensi Kerinchi. There are 1,180 apartment units available at this project with built-up from 900 sf for apartment units and 1,200 sf to 2,900 sf for offices. It was developed by Suez Capital Sdn Bhd with a launch price at around RM800 psf for apartment units, and was completed in about 2017.
