KL Gateway is a leasehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Bangsar South, Pantai. It consists of KL Gateway Mall, KL Gateway Premium Residences, KL Gateway Residences, Menara SuezCap and Residensi Kerinchi. It was developed by Suez Capital Sdn Bhd with a launch price at around RM800 psf for apartment units, and was completed in about 2017.
