Kayu Ara (also known as Kampung Kayu Ara) is a leasehold town located in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya. It is a village area that has been experiencing some landscape changes in the recent years as development projects pour in from the neighbouring areas. It is primarily a residential area with some commercial and industrial buildings located southeast, beside Sungai Kayu Ara.
