Suriamas (also known as Suria Mas) is a leasehold condominium that is located in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya. There are 675 units available at this condominium with built-up from 1,245 sf to 1,300 sf. It was developed by Skillcet Capital Sdn Bhd with a launch price at about RM170 psf, and was completed in about May 2008. Skillcet Capital Sdn Bhd is a privately held boutique property development company, and it has built only this project in Malaysia.
