Section 2 (also known as Seksyen 2) is a freehold landed housing estate located in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Bandar Sungai Long. It comprises Mahkota Point, Pangsapuri BMC, Pangsapuri KRT, Sunstone Villa, Suria Court, Taman Sinar Mahkota and Taman Sinar Mahkota 2. The built-up available at this project is 646 sf to 4,168 sf. It was developed by Lion Group.

Lion Group is a large-scale property development group, and it has built about 26 property projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Banyan Close, Eastpark 72, Quartz Villa, Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, Section 5, Section 6 and Serimba.

This landed housing estate is not very ideal for own stay or investment, as it has no amenities around.
