Eco Spring, Austin
Eco Spring (also known as EcoSpring) is a freehold mixed housing estate located in Austin, Johor Bahru. It comprises Bradford Residences, Chester Residences, Dover Residences, Eco Palladium and Kent Residences. There are 460 houses available at this project with built-up from 2,360 sf to 4,030 sf for houses and 1,200 sf to 3,283 sf for offices. It was developed by Eco World Development Bhd (fka Focal Aims) with a launch price at about RM440 psf for houses, and was completed in around 2017.
Eco World Development Bhd (fka Focal Aims) is a gigantic property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia, and it has built about 123 property projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Eco Botanic, Eco Summer, Eco Tropics, Mangga and Rambai.
This mixed housing estate is not very ideal for own stay or investment, as it has no amenities around.
