1. A lot of defects. Submitting them means nothing to the management. They called me once and that's it, no one will come and fix anything.
2. The finishing - wall paint, bathroom tiles, etc are so bad. There's no quality to it.
3. No CCTV and surveillance in critical areas.
4. They were supposed to build an overhead pedestrian bridge. Well good luck trying to cross the 4 lane road in the morning.
