Nusa Suria (also known as Taman Nusa Suria) is a leasehold landed housing estate that is located in Alam Suria, Puncak Alam. There are 224 units available in this housing estate with built-up from 1,600 sf to 2,700 sf. It was developed by IJM Land Bhd with a launch price of about RM300 psf, and was completed around 2014.
IJM Land Bhd is a very big property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia, and it has developed about 180 property projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Bukit Manda'rina, Green Street Homes, Park Avenue, Saujana Prima, Saujana Sutera, Saujana Tropika, Sierra Ukay, Taman Lestari Permai, Taman Nusa Duta and Vision Homes.
